Captain Trevor Fitz is Athlete of the Week!

Monster Army Captain Trevor Fitz is the new AOTW. Trevor is 21 years young and is from Camarillo, CA. He recently placed 5th place at a contest in Las Vegas and is constantly pushing himself to become a better rider. Read about Trevor and his accomplishments below.

Who influences you and why?

-I have a few influences like Aj Anaya and Daniel Sandoval because they are such progressive riders and are pushing the sport.

What/ Who inspired you to ride?

-I guess just seeing bmx on tv and setting up little plywood ramps in my yard was fun and it turned into my passion.

What are your proudest moments/ accomplishments in 2013/2014?

-Proudest moment is getting 5th place in the 2014 extreme thing dirt contest in Vegas out of 40 riders.

What part of your riding are you looking to improve upon most this season?

-I'm looking to improve my overall riding, ride more of everything and have fun doing it.

Have you had to overcome any challenges that made riding an obstacle at times? (i.e. Injuries, support)

-Well injuries suck so I don't talk about them, but the challenges are endless because progression never stops.

What is your daily routine and how do you prepare yourself for a day of riding?

-Usually wake up eat a good breakfast sometimes donuts from the local shop, stretch out on my foam roller and pad up, just go meet up with people and have some fun.

Where would you like to see yourself in the next few years?

-If like to see myself riding in all major contests all over the world.

When I'm not on my bike you can find me ______________________?

-Hanging out with my friends at the local racetrack, watching stock car races and socializing.

-I would like to thank my friends and family for pushing me to do what I love. With out them I wouldn't be here.
