Birk Irving takes gold at the Mammoth Rev Tour Halfpipe

Birk Irving is on fire winning his 3rd gold medal in a row. Monster Army Major Birk took charge of the Ski Halfpipe this past Tuesday at Mammoth Mountain Resort. He landed a massive first run earning a score of 89 which was unmatched for the rest of the day. Birk used his technical skills and variety of tricks to impress the judges for the win. He had multiple switch combinations in his run and used the pipe unlike anybody else throughout the day. Congratulations to Birk on keeping his winning streak alive.

The previous day we also had our own Monster Army Major Ben Smith get a 2nd place in Ski Slopestyle. Ben had to overcome very harsh conditions that included ice, wind, and rain to land on the podium. He did so by using his technical abilities combined with his smooth style. Congratulations to all of the athletes who made finals in these tough conditions which also included Alex Hall and Birk Irving.

Look for Monster Army to take the podium again at the next Rev Tour on March 9-11 at Mt. Hood Meadows ski resort.
