Ski Major Robby Franco had a big season last year that included making the finals at Dew Tour and a few appearances at some International events. Robby is heavily influenced by a combination of fun and creativity and it really shows. See what Robby had to say in this week,s Athlete of the Week!

- Who influences you and why?

I have many people that I look up to that influence me. Andreas Hatveit, Henrik Harlaut, Travis Pastrana, Nick Franco are some athletes that all show their unique talents with a great passion and love for what they pursue. It's fun/creativity that I really look up to.

- What/ Who inspired you to start skiing?

My parents threw me on skis when I was two and I've loved it ever since!

- What are your proudest moments/ accomplishments in 2013/2014?

Some of my proudest moments/accomplishments from 2013/2014 were making the finals at Dew Tour, doing my first European tour (SFR TOUR, Frostgun, and Worldcup), and lastly Jon Olson Invitational.

- What part of your skiing are you looking to improve upon most this season?

I'm looking forward to improving my consistency with tricks, as well as traveling the globe as much as possible.

- Have you had to overcome any challenges that made skiing an obstacle at times? (i.e. Injuries, support)

A few years back a had my ACL replaced along with a few bruised heels / broken thumbs as well.

- What is your daily routine and how do you prepare yourself for a day of skiing?

My daily routine for skiing and how I prepare myself is; Oatmeal for breckfast, drink a cup of water, 30 second stretch, pray for safety, then drop in!

- Where would you like to see yourself in the next few years?

In the next few years, I would like to see myself chasing my business dreams and continuing to travel the world!

When I'm not skiing you can find me working or hanging with my friends/family.
