For the third year in a row Monster Army BMX Major Brian Fox took the series overall title at the FLBMX Contest Series in Florida. In the 5 stop series Brian ended up with four wins and one third place finish giving him enough points for a well deserved overall win. Also, taking the second place overall win for the Open Class in the series was Monster Army Captain Jackie Straiton.

We caught up with Brian to get a little bit of insight from him on his feelings about taking home a third overall win.

What is your favorite part about the FLBMX Contest series?

My favorite part about the series would have to be the atmosphere! Everyone is out there to compete but also to have tons of fun at the same time!

Even though you no longer live in Florida what keeps you coming to these contests?

I come back to these contests to see and ride with all of my friends! These are the first contests I did, and most of the people I started riding these events with still ride them now!

What stop in this year's series did you enjoy the most?

I definitely enjoyed the 4th stop the most! I was able to do a trick there that I've never done before! (540 flair)

Do you plan to come back next year in hopes of a 4x repeat?

Of course! That's what I hope for, but there are some dudes down there that are killing it! Better step my game up!
