This January, Monster Army athletes headed over to Leysin, Switzerland for the Freeski Junior World Championships. Six athletes were chosen to represent Team USA - including Monster Army's Liam Baxter, Dylan Ladd, Connor Ladd and Hunter Carey. After traveling to Switzerland, having two days of practice and competing in qualifiers, the weather had the final say and finals were ultimately cancelled. 

Luckily, for Monster Army two runs was all the athletes needed to take the top two spots on the podium. Teammates Connor Ladd and Hunter Carey took first and second respectively. Congrats to all of the skiers!
