Whats up Bruce! Hows life been treating you?
Yo what's up guys! Life has been
pretty rad lately, I'm on a new program this year which has been working out
really well! I've been putting in the hard hours during the off season and am
looking forward to a great year of racing!

After a successful 2016 season, you were given
the opportunity to Ride for the KHS Bicycles Factory Team. How has the
new bike been feeling?
Ah yeah man the new bike is sick,
riding for KHS this year has really opened my eyes to new goals and
opportunities, I am extremely fortunate to be with the guys and our supporters
this year! I feel that the bike really fits me quite well and allows for
more speed to be found.

Seems like your adjusting the new frame with ease. You dominated
the Fontana Winter series and came away with a top 5 at the
first ProGRT. Easy to say you are feeling good on the bike, yeah?
Oh yeah it's been a pretty good year
so far! The bike is riding real fast and I definitely feel that there is more
speed to be found.

Going into the World Cups, How have you been preparing and
what are your goals for the season?
This year I have the opportunity to
put all my time into training which has really helped the steady progression of
training and allowed for more time on the bike. Spending more time testing,
paying attention to different setups, and how different setups work on track
has really helped me further understand myself as a racer and how everything
works. I have a few results based goals but I'm more focused on how I am
progressing as a racer and improving as a rider. I race to win so of course I
always want to be on top but I think paying more attention to how everything is
working will be more beneficial to my career then trying to just get silly
sending it every race haha!

When you were younger and coming up, who were the riders you looked up
to the most?
When I first got into riding I really
looked up to Sam Hill and Troy Brosnan. They have a really good riding style
and always hang it out. Sam can always seem to blow my mind with his cornering
and Troy is so smooth but still so fast.

If you had to Pick one track you are excited for, which one would it be
and why?
The tracks these days are so good
that it's hard to just pick one haha! I'll go with Mont Sainte Anne for sure. I
competed there in jr's 2 years ago and am really looking forward to getting
back there this year. They changed it up a bit last year to make it even faster
so I'm really stoked to ride it!

Favorite Tunes to get stoked to would have to be… (fill in the
