Hi Hailee! First off, How Did your 2017 season treat you?
Hi! It's been
a super fun season.

I bet! You started off the year with a win at the
Mammoth Rev Tour stop. How good was that?
Mammoth Rev Tour was
a blast. It felt really good to have landed my run and end up on top.

Then You followed that up with another win at USASA
Nationals. How did that whole event pan
out for you, from your POV?
USASA nationals was
an interesting one. I actually did the rail jam the night before also, I was
exhausted after that and by the time I got back to where I was staying, I
passed out without setting an alarm for the slope style comp the next morning.
Missed most of practice that morning but made it before the event start.
Somehow I was able to put my run down when it counted. In the end it was a blast and I was so hyped
to end up in 1st place.

Thats crazy! Now, You were recently spending some time up at
mammoth, getting some spring laps in.
Was it a nice trip?
Mammoth was such a
blast. Got to hang out and ride with a lot of good friends I hadn't seen in
awhile so that was a lot of fun. It was really hot there, we would snowboard in
the morning and lay at the pool in the evening. It's always rad when you can
snowboard and go to the pool in the same day.

What is your favorite place to train and why?
My favorite place to
train... that's a hard one. This season I think Mammoth was my favorite place
to train

Favorite tunes to get you pumped for a day of
snowboarding.
My favorite tunes to
get me pumped for the day would be anything upbeat, happy feeling, music
will get me pumped. I love music.

Awesome!
Thank you, Hailee!
Hope you have an awesome summertime!
Any shoutouts to supporters before you go?
Yeah shout out to my
sponsors monster army and head snowboards for being rad and being very
supportive of me and my snowboarding. Also shout out to my family and friends
for also being a huge support. Thanks for having me as your athlete of the week!
