"Patrick started hanging out with us on the Crusty Tour in New Zealand. We met him at an after party at some dudes house, which ended up turning into a table tennis tournament. Brooksy (The main man that makes everything on the Crusty tour happen) was actually the first to meet Patrick and so he invited him to come hang out with us at the event.

He had so much fun and he didn't really have much going on, so we took him on the rest of NZ Crusty Tour with us and he had a ball. He spends a lot of time with the track crew, driving trucks from stop to stop, setting up the lighting, sound equipment and ramps before the riders get to the show. I usually go see him during our first practice, but I always have to play "Where's Patrick?" The track crew always hides him in a secret location. Then we usually hang out during the pre-show. He's actually been in quite a few segments with me — riding on my handlebars or on my helmet and he loves it. He's actually pulled off a 360 heelclicker to no-hander lander!

After the Capital City Crusty Tour he came to America, but he had a little bit of trouble with customs for reasons I/we can't discuss. But since being here in the states, he's really been enjoying his time. He got to be down on the floor for the entire Best Trick contest at X Games and he even held my helmet between runs.
