Birk Irving Takes 4th at Dew Tour

Author: Olivia Reed

This year Dew Tour mixed things up with a modified superpipe that included multiple features that combined traditional superpipe with more of a slopestyle feel. This new challenge proved to be an easy feat for Monster Army's Birk Irving, who ended up fourth overall this weekend, just missing the podium behind Monster Energy's David Wise. Less than half a point separated the two teammates.

The course combined a superpipe with non-traditional elements like pipes and jumps. This new terrain allowed for more creativity and style from the athletes. Also, competing in the modified superpipe were the Monster Army ladies - Abigale Hansen and Svea Irving. Both girls landed in the finals and finished 5th and 6th place respectively.

Congrats to all of the Monster Army athletes that competed at the 2018 Dew Tour!
