We caught up with Monster Army team riders Dante Silva & Austin Dooley in the off-season to see how they train and prepare for some of the most important downhill events of the year.
For professional mountain bike riders like Dante and Austin, being able to build baseline endurance & strength in the beginning of the season is vital to one’s long-term success. Once a solid, physical foundation has been built, it is much easier for athletes to focus mentally on what's most important: race runs.
